Jaipur, 30-31st August 2024 | Aelum Consulting successfully hosted its much-anticipated ACE 2024 annual event, a two-day extravaganza dedicated to leadership, team engagement, and celebrating the Aelum family. Held at Ananta Spa & Resorts, Jaipur, the two-day event was jam-packed with learning, networking, rewards & recognition, and, of course, loads of fun.
Aelum Connect and Engage 2024 (ACE’24) was a reflection of Aelum Consulting’s commitment to nurturing its people and creating a thriving workplace culture. The event was thoughtfully planned to offer a blend of professional development, team building, and moments of relaxation. From insightful discussions on leadership to informal networking lunches and evening festivities like Sufi night, the event captured the spirit of Aelum’s collaborative and dynamic environment where people work hard and party harder.
Day 1: Leadership meeting, networking lunch, and an evening of poetry
The curtain rose on Day 1 with warm greetings and a networking lunch that set the stage for meaningful connections. Leadership meetings and team engagement sessions followed, allowing employees to connect with their peers and senior leaders in an open, relaxed atmosphere. During the leadership meeting, our CEO engaged with each department, aligning their goals with Aelum’s vision for the upcoming year. The day concluded with a delightful dinner and live singer, where conversations continued to flow, laughter filled the air, and the atmosphere was alive with poetry and joy.
Day 2: ServiceNow quiz, reward ceremony, and a Sufi night celebration
Day 2 was equally dynamic, beginning with a Townhall featuring keynote speeches from Komal Gupta, CEO and Founder, and Trishala Shastri, CGO and Co-Founder. The day also included a lively Q&A with leaders, a ServiceNow quiz that tested the team’s knowledge, and a series of fun activities with everyone laughing and competing in good spirits. The reward and recognition ceremony was the highlight of the evening, honoring outstanding employees for their exceptional contributions and achievements. These awards celebrated individual excellence while reinforcing the collective strength of the Aelum team. The evening continued with a signature cake cutting ceremony, marking a moment of celebration. The rest of the evening continued with a vibrant Sufi night, where everyone let loose, enjoyed the music, and partied late into the night.
